Portrait Session Pricing
If it involves people, the westcoast, and photography, I am here for it. It can be for a major milestone or just to create an everyday legacy.

Westcoast Portrait Session
This session is for almost any outdoor lifestyle session such as Family, Couples, Engagement, or Maternity. It can also include a newborn, if the focus is on the family as a whole.
$425 - Client selects 15 images to keep from a larger finished gallery. $25 per image beyond that, or $150 to purchase the gallery in full. Emphasis often is more on the individual images for selection unless otherwise requested.
$525 - Client keeps all finished images from session, no limit. No extra purchases. When purchased in advance, the session tends to have a stronger storytelling element, variety, and mood, with the intention being a gallery where the images work together as a whole in addition to being strong images one by one.
At-Home Documentary Session
Real life, in the place where we live it. I come and document the beauty of your everyday routines together. Make cookies, snuggle on your couch, jump on the bed, chase each other down the halls, you name it. Suitable for anyone who loves their life at home in all it’s true nature.
Sessions are $525 for 60-90 minutes and all images. At-home sessions come with guidance, prep, and planning assistance (such as time of day/lighting).
Newborn & Fresh48 Sessions
Newborns require more time (nursing, diapers, naps), attention, and extra editing. That said, I treat it like my classic westcoast session with a bit more time + editing thrown in. Indoor or outdoor welcomed. Focus is on the newborn but family photos can be part of the session as well.
Sessions begin at $525 for up to 2 hours (including breaks) and 15 images including skin retouching for baby with the option to purchase more.
Newborn and Fresh 48 sessions come with guidance, prep, and planning assistance. Professional skin retouching is preformed on final chosen images, with before/after examples provided.
Birth Photography
Photographer arrives when contractions are 3 minutes apart and stays until 1 hour after delivery. Ultra quiet, non-intrusive coverage. Unfazed, unruffled photo-journalist who has seen it all, given birth herself both at home and in a hospital, and reveres birth in all its forms. 24-hour turn around on key shots. Extremely limited spaces available.
$1200, flexible hours, no limit on images.
Kate is an absolutely phenomenal photographer. We recently had a family session with her for the second time, and the moments she captured blew me away (and maybe brought tears to my eyes!). Kate is very professional but it also felt like hanging out with a friend. She is fantastic with kids. She kept my kids entertained and engaged, which can certainly be hard to do with a 5 & 7 year old! I’d definitely recommend Lo & Behold. You won’t be disappointed!
