A Luxurious, Intimate, and Down-to-Earth Wedding on Vancouver Island: A featured wedding photography gallery
A small but luxe wedding at Keating Farm featuring sentimental details, craft cocktails, and tons of laughter.
Wearing her grandmother and mother’s wedding gown? Check. Get ready in a restored barn? Check. Say vows in private pre-ceremony? Check. Getting married in the middle of a field and have dinner at one long table under the orchard? Check! Ellen and Bryn prove you can have super intimate vibes even with a crowd. A Refined rustic wedding at Keating Farm in Duncan BC.

E+B chose to say private vows before the ceremony. During the ceremony they read more standard vows - so only they know what was said here. For couples who have a hard time being sappy (aka vulnerable) in front of others, but can be romantic in private, this can be a really magical moment. Recommend the little vow books as keepsakes, too.

The Reception
The reception began with exquisite cocktails by Twist of Fate Cocktail Co - a personalized drink for the bride or the groom. They were also all too happy to make mine sober as I was on the job and it tasted just as good!
Truffles Catering with a huge focus on fresh and local ingredients. The plates bursted with flavour and colour, which complemented the family-style seating at a long table. It felt intimate, lush, decadent, and fresh.
